Kylie Jenner, 29, has shared that she desires larger breast implants. The reality television personality discussed her wish to undergo another breast augmentation on the Wednesday episode of the "Better Half with Stas & Vic" podcast, hosted by her friends Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel.
Jenner, who has previously revealed she had a breast augmentation at age 19, stated her current implants are not sufficient. "I do want them bigger," she told her co-hosts. "I say it every day. I'm like, 'They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my t*ts to walk in before I do."
Karanikolaou commented on Jenner's stated desire for larger breasts, noting that the entrepreneur has expressed this wish for "the past year." When asked if she planned to have the procedure before turning 30, Jenner indicated it was unlikely but mentioned she intends to get her belly button pierced before the milestone birthday.
Jenner previously disclosed the specifics of her initial breast augmentation in 2023. She revealed that she had received 445 cc implants with a moderate profile, placed half under the muscle, and that the procedure was performed by Dr. Garth Fisher. Implants exceeding 400 cc are typically considered large in cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Fisher is known for performing procedures on several members of the Kardashian-Jenner family. Jenner has previously expressed satisfaction with his work, stating, "Garth Fisher is genius. Nobody really know I'd had anything done!"
Jenner first admitted to the breast augmentation in a 2023 episode of "The Kardashians," after years of attributing her bust size to factors such as padded bras, weight fluctuations, or her menstrual cycle. She revealed the surgery occurred before the birth of her first child, Stormi, and expressed regret over the decision.
"I got my breasts done before Stormi," Jenner said on the show. "Within six months of having Stormi – not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 – they were still healing." She added, "I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with."
She advised others considering cosmetic surgery to wait until after having children. "I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children," she stated, adding that she would be heartbroken if her own daughter wanted plastic surgery at 19.
Jenner shares two children, Stormi and Aire, with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott. She is currently dating actor Timothée Chalamet.
