Kyle Sandilands, a prominent Australian media personality, was recently photographed working on a new show at his Vaucluse mansion. This marks his first public appearance engaged in work activities since his radio show was canceled by the Australian Radio Network (ARN) in March.

The filming occurred on Friday, with Sandilands seen on his home's steps as a production crew brought equipment inside. The team members were observed wearing attire bearing the logo of his forthcoming program, "Kyle Sandilands Live." The show is slated for a subscription-based launch in early August and is advertised to feature an ensemble cast with no advertisements or censorship.

This new venture follows Sandilands' settlement of a legal dispute with ARN. He agreed to accept $12.09 million of an initial $85 million claim. As part of the settlement, ARN will provide $1.5 million in advertising for Sandilands' future media projects over three years. ARN will also receive a 19.9 percent revenue share from these ventures, and Sandilands is restricted from working with radio competitors for nine months.

Speculation about Sandilands' future media plans has also surfaced with the recent registration of "Kyle and Karl" websites. Domain names for kyleandkarl.com.au and karlandkyle.com.au, as well as themorningmen.com.au and morningmen.com.au, were registered to Sandilands' company, King Kyle Group Pty Ltd. These registrations have led to suggestions of a potential collaboration with Karl Stefanovic, host of the program "Today."

A source close to both personalities indicated that discussions about a joint project have been ongoing for some time. Sandilands has reportedly maintained close contact with Stefanovic since the latter's departure from Nine Network last month.

Sandilands' radio contract with ARN was reportedly worth $100 million and was terminated earlier in the year. The cancellation of "The Kyle & Jackie O Show" followed an on-air disagreement between Sandilands and his former co-host, Jackie 'O' Henderson, concerning astrology. Henderson, 51, is also pursuing a legal claim against ARN for her contract, with a court date scheduled for October 12, following an interlocutory hearing on August 24.

Daily Mail has reached out to Stefanovic, ARN, and Sandilands for comment.
