Kristin Juszczyk, wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, has voiced uncertainty regarding her husband's future with the team as he approaches free agency at 35 years old. The comments were made during the annual San Francisco 49ers WAGs party, an event where wives and girlfriends of players gather at the start of each season.
During an episode of her YouTube channel "Wife'd Up, Mic'd Up," co-hosted with Claire Kittle, George Kittle’s wife, Kristin Juszczyk discussed the tradition of the WAG party. She mentioned the importance of including Jenna Purdy, wife of quarterback Brock Purdy, in the hosting duties. "We wanted to bring [Jenna] in because, unfortunately, we don’t know how much longer we’re gonna be here," Juszczyk stated. "But we know that Jenna and Brock aren’t going anywhere. So we need her to continue this tradition."
Kyle Juszczyk is set to become a free agent this offseason. He signed a two-year contract extension worth $7.5 million with the 49ers before the 2025 season. The fullback is currently 35, an age considered advanced for professional football players, particularly those in demanding positions like fullback. He is also currently sidelined for several weeks after hyperextending his knee during a game against the Denver Broncos.
