Kristin Cavallari Cited for Speeding in Tennessee

Kristin Cavallari received a citation on October 14 in Tennessee, allegedly for driving 88 mph in a 70 mph zone. The 39-year-old Uncommon James founder was reportedly driving a black Porsche 911 at the time of the incident, according to a citation obtained by TMZ.

A police officer stated that Cavallari passed another motorist while in the leftmost lane. Cavallari informed the officer that she was on her way to work, as she has a Nashville-based retail location for her jewelry brand.

Cavallari has lived in Tennessee since the spring of 2017 and is a mother to three children with her ex-husband, Jay Cutler.

This is not the first time Cavallari has faced traffic-related issues. In September 2013, she was issued a $120 citation in Illinois for driving with a California driver's license, which violated a state mandate requiring residents living there for 90 days to obtain an Illinois license. She was escorted to the Evanston Police Station to post a $150 bond. Cavallari later clarified on X, formerly Twitter, that she maintained an apartment in Los Angeles, considering herself a California resident.

Less than three years later, Cavallari was involved in a car accident in the Chicago area where another driver collided with her vehicle. She was taken to a hospital for medical attention following the incident.

Cavallari and Cutler, a former NFL player, finalized their divorce in 2022. In recent years, she has been linked to several individuals, including NBA coach Will Hardy and country music singer Morgan Wallen. She also clarified in August on her podcast "Let's Be Honest" that she had not been romantically involved with reality star Austen Kroll after they were photographed together on a group trip.
