She explained on the podcast that she had previously been friends with the man, who was single at the time of their liaison. Barrs expressed regret over the incident, noting that she crossed a line while working for him that night. She emphasized that she is no longer the same person and that the man is now happily married.

Barrs detailed the event, explaining that she helped him out one night after he returned from an event. She noted that his daughter was asleep, and she considered herself clocked out, but acknowledged being attracted to him.
