An opposition Member of Parliament in Kosovo threw eggs at acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti during a plenary session on Saturday. Time Kadrijaj, an MP from the Alliance party, hurled at least four eggs in Kurti's direction. Lawmakers and police officers intervened following the incident. The disruption occurred after Kurti informed Parliament that he required additional time for discussions with other parties before proposing a candidate for speaker. This followed the snap election held in June.
