The alleged victim of Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. is “living in fear” as a judge considers whether to grant the teen bond. Biermann, son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, appeared in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court for a bond hearing.

During the hearing, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy read a statement from the alleged victim, who identified herself as the girlfriend's best friend. The victim implored the judge to prioritize her safety when making a decision about Biermann's release.

"The thought of him being released scares me more than I can put into words," the victim stated. She claimed to have received threats that Biermann would target her if he were released. "No matter who these threats came from directly, I cannot just ignore them or assume that nothing will happen."

She further expressed concern for her family's well-being, alleging that family members have received threatening emails and phone calls related to the situation. "I am not only scared for myself anymore; I am scared for my family, too," she wrote.

Biermann, 15, was arrested on August 17 and charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. Court documents state the alleged assault occurred on April 23 at a Life Time Fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia. The victim accused Biermann of forcing himself on her in a co-ed sauna despite her refusal and attempting to pull down her pants. The allegations include forced oral sex and digital penetration.

The victim did not report the incident until the following day, after encountering Biermann's girlfriend at school and experiencing a panic attack. An examination at North Fulton hospital on April 24 reportedly showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.

Biermann's attorney, Jason Sheffield, has maintained his client's innocence. Zolciak also issued a statement condemning the allegations as "reckless" and "deeply troubling."

On September 3, Biermann was formally indicted on seven charges. Last week, his attorney filed a motion requesting a bond hearing, citing Biermann's good character, academic achievements, football involvement, and scholarship offers.

However, during Friday's hearing, it was revealed that investigators allegedly discovered videos on Biermann's cellphone depicting penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12. The prosecutor indicated these videos, which allegedly contained "predatory, derogatory" language from Biermann, mark the second time he has been charged with a serious sexual offense involving female victims.

The judge is expected to make a decision on Biermann's bond by Monday. He remains in custody at Atlanta's Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, where he has been held since his arrest in August.
