Kirk Cousins and Maxx Crosby Mend Relationship After Training Camp Altercation

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins and defensive end Maxx Crosby have reportedly mended their relationship following an incident during training camp. The two stars, who were seen nearly coming to blows after Crosby hit Cousins’ throwing arm multiple times, have since shared a significant bonding experience.

Crosby detailed the reconciliation on his podcast, "The Rush," recounting a two-hour dinner in New Orleans that included Cousins and rookie tight end Brock Bowers. According to Crosby, the group spent the time laughing about unrelated matters, which helped to smooth over the earlier conflict.

"We just sat there for two hours, and we’re just in tears laughing about just the most random s–t ever," Crosby said on the podcast. "That’s what it’s all about. So big shout out to my boy Kirk. Great leader, great teammate and a great player."

This comes after an earlier report that Cousins has been using meals to foster relationships with his teammates throughout the season, including a separate outing with rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza.

The Raiders have started the season strong, with the team reportedly finding a cohesive rhythm in their initial games. The apparent resolution between Cousins and Crosby suggests a positive team dynamic as the season progresses.
