Kirk Cousins and Maxx Crosby Debate Animal Fight Capabilities
The Las Vegas Raiders teammates engage in a playful, hypothetical discussion about their prowess against various animals.
Las Vegas Raiders teammates Kirk Cousins and Maxx Crosby recently engaged in a lighthearted debate about their hypothetical combat abilities against different animals. The discussion, captured in a video by the Raiders' social media team, revealed differing opinions on who would win in a fight.
Cousins initially proposed that he could defeat a panda, contingent on the animal not fighting back. Crosby immediately countered, pointing out that a panda is a bear, prompting Cousins to clarify that his assertion was based on the panda being passive. Crosby playfully accused Cousins of intending to "beat up an innocent animal in the forest," to which Cousins responded that it would feel awful due to pandas being "cool" and endangered.
Crosby stated his own hypothetical prowess, asserting he would "whoop" an ostrich. Both players agreed that pandas are admirable creatures, with Crosby adding that he is also a "huge panda guy."
The conversation then shifted to other animals. Cousins believed he could defeat a sloth but would lose to a kangaroo. Crosby, however, maintained that he would "whoop" a kangaroo. Cousins also considered a fight against a koala to be an even match. Both players emphasized that these were purely theoretical scenarios and that they would never harm any animals.
This playful exchange follows an earlier altercation between Cousins and Crosby during training camp, which the players have since resolved. The team appears to be moving forward with a focus on their collective goals for the season.
