Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday night highlighted President Donald Trump’s apparent behavior at a recent 9/11 ceremony, questioning whether the president had fallen asleep. The White House stated that Trump was "solemnly listening" during the event.
Kimmel contrasted this with Trump’s frequent accusations of “Sleepy Joe” against former President Joe Biden. "The guy who spent four years screaming, ‘Sleepy Joe, Sleepy Joe,’ constantly falling asleep on camera," Kimmel said during his monologue.
The late-night host then played a compilation of clips showing Trump appearing to doze off at various public events and meetings. Kimmel also offered a sarcastic comparison, noting, "Compared to Mitch McConnell, Trump has more energy than Kevin Hart."
