Among the claims in the documents obtained by the Daily Mail are significant sums allegedly spent on cosmetic procedures. The dossier also includes details of other alleged extravagant purchases and Zolciak's spending habits. Bodycam footage from May 2023 reportedly shows Zolciak voicing concerns over Biermann potentially taking her designer handbags, which she considered community property.
Biermann was granted primary physical custody of their four minor children in April. He shares KJ, 15, Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, with Zolciak. The filing also references concerns raised in the bodycam footage about Zolciak's alleged online gambling problem.
Bank statements were included as exhibits in court filings, with Biermann claiming that an account balance dropped from $127,000 to $760 in a single month. He also claimed in court records that Zolciak was making extreme purchases at high-end retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue using their joint account.
Zolciak's daughter, Ariana Biermann, has previously stated that her parents borrowed money from her childhood earnings. Zolciak's boyfriend Kyle Mowitz's ex has also claimed in divorce documents that Mowitz is using money from their trust funds to pay for Zolciak's lifestyle.
