KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of reality television personality Kim Zolciak, has been officially indicted by a Georgia grand jury on seven felony charges. The indictment includes charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
Additional charges include three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16. The indictment stems from alleged actions on April 23 against a victim under the age of 16. Court documents describe the alleged act as "an immoral and indecent act" involving "aggressively rubbing [her] vagina with the intent to arouse and satisfy his sexual desires," which reportedly caused "physical injury" to the victim.
