Kim Zolciak's Son Accused of Shooting Pellet Gun at Neighbor's Horses, Police Report Says

Police were called to the property of reality television personality Kim Zolciak in Alpharetta, Georgia, following a report that one of her sons fired a pellet gun toward a neighboring horse ranch. The incident, documented in a July 14 police report, involved an employee at the Equestrian Reserve who told authorities they believed one of Zolciak's children was attempting to scare horses on the property.

The employee stated that while they believed the pellets were fired toward their property, no animals or people were struck. An officer responding to the scene observed approximately 20 to 30 pellets scattered on the road near the equestrian ranch. The name of the child involved was redacted in the report.

Authorities reportedly spoke with two boys at Zolciak's residence; one was her son, and the other was not identified. The son admitted to discharging the pellet gun but denied aiming at people or animals on the adjacent property. The Equestrian Reserve employee also alleged that children had set off fireworks from Zolciak's home and described the children as "verbally rude and uncooperative" when questioned.

No arrests were made, and no charges have been filed in connection with the pellet gun incident. A representative for Zolciak did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, share sons KJ, 15, and Kash, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann also adopted Zolciak's daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24.

This incident occurs as the family navigates ongoing legal and personal challenges. Earlier in the week, reports surfaced that KJ Biermann was released on a $200,000 bond after being accused of sexual assault and sodomy by a classmate. He faces seven charges in that case, including aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, following his arrest on Aug. 17. His attorney and mother have denied the allegations.
