The Georgia mansion formerly owned by reality television personalities Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann has been sold for $3.67 million, property records indicate. The sale, which closed on June 30, occurred after US Marshals physically removed Zolciak and Biermann from the property on April 8, 2025, due to their refusal to vacate.
The Milton estate, known as The Manor, was purchased by Zolciak and Biermann for $880,000 in October 2012. The 15,600-square-foot property, which once featured a private arcade and a 500-bottle wine cellar, was eventually put on the market in October 2023 with an asking price of $6 million.
Financial Troubles and Foreclosure
The couple defaulted on a $1.65 million loan for the property by early 2023, leading Truist Bank to initiate foreclosure proceedings. Biermann filed for divorce in August 2023, adding to the mounting legal and financial pressures.
Over the following year, the home's price was significantly reduced, dropping as low as $3.65 million. The property was ultimately sold for $2.75 million in December 2024, shortly before a scheduled foreclosure auction. Biermann later accused Zolciak in court filings of hindering the sale process by rejecting offers below $3.85 million, believing it was necessary to secure funds for a new residence.
Even after the foreclosure sale, Zolciak and Biermann remained on the property. The new owners pursued legal action, culminating in the US Marshals' eviction of the couple in April 2025. On the same day as the eviction, Zolciak was reportedly selling furniture from the residence on Instagram.
Resale and Market Performance
Less than a year after their purchase, the new owners relisted The Manor in February 2026 for $4.65 million. The listing highlighted the property's seven bedrooms, wine cellar, home theater, and a detached garage suite.
However, the market did not meet the sellers' expectations. The asking price was reduced multiple times, falling to $4.19 million in March, then $3.89 million in May, before finally settling at the June closing price of $3.67 million. This final sale price represented a loss of nearly $1 million from the relisting price and was significantly less than the $6 million Zolciak and Biermann had initially sought.
Ongoing Legal and Family Issues
Zolciak has stated she has relocated to a new home in Georgia. The divorce proceedings between Zolciak and Biermann have continued, with Biermann seeking sole custody of their four children and alleging Zolciak's unavailability for parenting. Zolciak has denied these accusations, asserting her work commitments were to support the family.
Further legal challenges have emerged for the family. In May 2026, their eldest son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., 15, was arrested on felony charges related to alleged sexual assault. During a bond hearing, prosecutors revealed evidence from KJ's cell phone reportedly depicting sexual encounters with a family member under the age of 12, alongside allegations of predatory language.
