Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were seen together in the same location for the first time since their son Kroy Jr.'s arrest, attending their 14-year-old son Kash's high school football game on Sunday in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Zolciak arrived with their 12-year-old daughter Kaia, while Biermann arrived separately. Biermann left the game approximately 30 minutes after Zolciak's arrival.
Their 15-year-old son, Kroy Jr., was arrested earlier this month on serious sexual assault charges and is currently being held without bond at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. A hearing in his case is scheduled for September 1.
According to court documents filed in Fulton County Juvenile Court, a female classmate accused Kroy Jr. of assaulting her at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta on April 23. The accuser claimed that Kroy Jr. allegedly attempted to force himself on her in a co-ed sauna and tried to pull down her pants. The documents also state that she accused him of forcing oral sex and digital penetration.
Zolciak, 48, has publicly stated her support for her son, calling the allegations "reckless and deeply troubling." In a statement, she said Kroy Jr. "categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged." She added that her son passed a voluntary polygraph examination regarding the accusations and that no DNA belonging to him was found during an examination. Zolciak also noted that the accuser has reportedly made similar allegations involving two other individuals.
Despite the legal troubles, Zolciak has not been keeping a low profile. Days after news of Kroy Jr.'s arrest broke, she was seen dining in Palm Beach, Florida, with son Kash and her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz.
Zolciak and Biermann, who were married for 11 years before splitting in 2023, have been involved in a contentious divorce proceeding. The dispute includes a custody battle over their four minor children—Kroy Jr., Kash, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane—and disagreements over finances.
