Kim Kardashian Secures Extended Restraining Order Against Stalker

Kim Kardashian has obtained an extended protective restraining order against a man named Nicholas Costanza, which now includes her four children. The order, approved on September 10, will remain in effect for five years, expiring on August 3, 2031.

Kardashian had requested the extension in July, citing Costanza's continued behavior, which her attorneys described as including "delusional beliefs, anger and obsession." The restraining order was initially granted in 2021 after Costanza sent Plan B medication and a diamond ring to Kardashian's Hidden Hills mansion. He was also accused of threatening and harassing Kardashian and her family.

According to reports, Costanza has violated the restraining order by sending messages to Kardashian. In one instance in 2024, he allegedly broke into a home he claimed to have purchased and invited Kardashian and her children to the property.

Costanza was previously arrested in October 2021 for trespassing at Kardashian's home, despite an existing restraining order. He was detained by security and later taken into custody by police, facing felony charges and ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the reality star. He was held on $150,000 bail at the time.

The Kardashian family has faced similar incidents. In August, the family secured a permanent restraining order against an individual described as 'obsessed' with Kylie Jenner, who was accused of multiple unwanted visits and trespassing.

In separate news, Kardashian was recently hospitalized for esophagitis, a condition causing inflammation of the esophagus that can lead to painful swallowing and chest pain. The condition is the same one that her late father, Robert Kardashian, suffered from before his death from esophageal cancer in 2003. This was revealed in a trailer for the upcoming eighth season of "The Kardashians," set to premiere on October 8.
