A man was arrested Sunday after allegedly breaking into Kim Kardashian's Hidden Hills mansion and taking an employee's vehicle for a joyride, according to law enforcement sources. The 27-year-old suspect reportedly forced his way into the property through a door.

A security guard observed the man taking items from the residence and loading them into a car, before also taking a staff member's vehicle and driving it around the neighborhood. The security guard then alerted authorities, leading to the suspect's apprehension.

Law enforcement officials confirmed the arrest on suspicion of burglary. No weapons were found on the suspect, and no injuries were reported. Kardashian and her four children were not present at the residence at the time of the incident, as the property is currently undergoing renovations.

Kardashian acquired the Hidden Hills property with her ex-husband Kanye West in 2014. The couple purchased the home for $20 million, and West reportedly invested an additional $20 million in renovations. Kardashian retained ownership of the home following her divorce filing in 2021, reportedly agreeing on a buyout price with West.

Recently, Kardashian has been publicly associated with Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton. The two have appeared together in social media posts, including a series of photos shared by Kardashian. Hamilton has spoken publicly about their relationship, confirming their romance earlier in the summer. He was also seen attending a family lake trip with Kardashian and her children.

Kardashian and West share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Their divorce was finalized in November 2022. Prior to West, Kardashian was previously married to Damon Thomas and Kris Humphries.
