Kim Kardashian Celebrates 46th Birthday in Rome, Discusses Relationship with Lewis Hamilton

Kim Kardashian continued her 46th birthday celebrations in Rome, Italy, stepping out in a daring sheer black lace gown. She was accompanied by her mother, Kris Jenner, as they left the Bulgari Hotel.

The fashion mogul's dress featured a cut-out section at the waist, adorned with dangling silver rhinestones and a leaf print design on the bust. Kardashian slicked her hair back into a high ponytail, allowing the elaborate gown to be the focal point of her ensemble. Jenner, 70, opted for a leopard print co-ord set, sunglasses, and knee-high black boots.

Earlier in the day, Kardashian and Jenner were seen visiting the Bvlgari store. Kardashian wore a plunging white gown for the outing, paired with towering platform heels and her signature high ponytail. Jenner complemented her daughter's style with a pink Chanel jacket and a maroon co-ord.

Notably absent from Kardashian's side was her boyfriend, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, who was in Austin for the US Grand Prix. However, Kardashian indicated her strong feelings for Hamilton, stating she is "really, really happy" with him. The couple has been romantically linked since February and have since confirmed their relationship publicly.

Kardashian discussed her relationship on a recent episode of "The Kardashians," revealing that a man she is involved with meets all her criteria for an ideal partner. When pressed for details, she expressed her contentment, saying, "Let me just say this, I am just really, really happy. That's all I'll say for now."

Since making their relationship public, Kardashian has been seen supporting Hamilton at his Formula One races. The couple has also traveled together, including a trip to Japan and a weekend at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds. They made a public appearance at the 2026 Super Bowl.

Kardashian, who has four children with her ex-husband Kanye West, is reportedly taking her relationship with Hamilton seriously. A source told People magazine that Hamilton is "just an easy-going guy with great energy. Her family likes him and Kim's very into him." The source added that while they are both busy, they make an effort to see each other as much as possible and share "more than just a casual connection."

Kardashian recently shared that she spent five years being single to focus on herself and her children before entering a new relationship. She told The Times that this period allowed her to "completely heal" and work on herself, feeling no rush to open up to romance again.
