Kevin Jonas Details Accidental X-Rated Photo Mishap with Brothers
The Jonas Brothers member recounted a mortifying incident involving a private photo shared with Joe and Nick.
Kevin Jonas recently shared an embarrassing anecdote about accidentally sending an X-rated photograph of himself to his brothers, Joe and Nick Jonas, as well as their friends. The incident occurred during a Tuesday episode of the Hey Jonas! podcast.
Jonas, 38, explained that he intended to share an image of a TV screen to his group chat, which is used by the brothers and some pals and is associated with the New York Giants. However, the TV was situated in his bathroom, and the resulting photo inadvertently captured a more private scene.
"The photo has mirrors, and I didn't clock it, and it was in our bathroom, and I took the photo as I'm getting into the shower," Jonas recounted. His brother Nick noted that the recipients initially did not notice the explicit nature of the image until Kevin frantically urged them to delete it.
Text messages from Kevin to the group chat included pleas like, "Guys delete the photo I'm sorry," and "Delete the thread f***." Nick humorously commented on the rapid-fire messages, calling them "poetry."
Joe Jonas added a descriptive detail about the photo's composition, noting that the bathroom's mirrors surrounding the TV screen meant only Kevin's "d***" was visible in the image.
Kevin also shared his wife Danielle's reaction to the mishap, recalling her simple, "Oh...no."
Beyond the personal anecdote, the Jonas Brothers are currently engaged in their "Burning Up Tour All Over Again." The tour, which began in August, is scheduled to conclude on December 22 in New Jersey. The brothers have expressed excitement about revisiting the "Burning Up" era of their career, which originally took place in 2008-2009 and featured guest appearances by artists such as Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift.
