Kerry Katona has shared that her 12-year-old daughter, Dylan-Jorge, is experiencing a significant adjustment as she transitions from a private school to a state school following the closure of her previous institution.

According to Katona, Dylan-Jorge is particularly disappointed by the shorter summer holiday at state schools, which typically offer around six weeks off compared to the roughly 12 weeks she previously enjoyed. This difference has led to her feeling "absolutely gutted."

Katona also expressed her frustration with the amount of homework assigned during school holidays, stating, "They send my child home with homework after they've had them in class for six hours a day. I think it's rubbish!"

Dylan-Jorge is Katona's daughter with her late husband George Kay. Katona has four other children from previous relationships: Molly and Lilly-Sue with Brian McFadden, and Heidi and Max with Mark Croft.

In a separate health update, Katona revealed she has been struggling with chronic pain and has experienced instances where her body has "completely shut down." She is undergoing a full health MOT to determine the cause of her ailments and is also seeking treatment for a "twisted" spine from an osteopath. Katona has previously been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and arthritis.
