Kendra Wilkinson has reported a significant weight loss, stating she has dropped over two dress sizes and can now fit into her previous clothing. The former "Girls Next Door" star shared this update via her Instagram Stories, indicating that the transformation is due to the use of an unspecified GLP-1 medication.

Wilkinson mentioned that she does not keep track of her weight by stepping on a scale. Instead, she gauges her progress by the fit of her clothes. She told followers that she was approaching a size 10 but is now fitting into sizes less than a size 6. "I go by the fit of my clothes and old clothes. Was on my way to size 10. Now I’m less than a size 6," she stated.

In March, Wilkinson, 41, had previously discussed her reasons for starting a GLP-1. She explained at the time that financial considerations influenced her decision, as she did not want to purchase new clothes due to her current wardrobe fitting tighter. "Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans," she said.

At that time, she emphasized that a major weight loss transformation was not her primary objective. Her goal was to achieve a state of balance and fit into her existing jeans again. "I just want to be balanced out. I don’t really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced and fit in my jeans again," she told Us Weekly, adding that she felt she was "a little overweight at the moment."

Earlier, in April 2025, Wilkinson had briefly experimented with a GLP-1, taking a single dose but discontinuing it due to potential negative side effects. She has since apparently changed her approach and is now reporting positive results from the medication.
