Kendall Jenner Addresses Cara Delevingne Romance Rumors: 'Never Say Never'

Kendall Jenner has addressed the persistent rumors that she and long-time friend Cara Delevingne are romantically involved. In a trailer for the upcoming eighth season of Hulu's "The Kardashians," Jenner stated that the speculation is not true but playfully added that she would have "nothing against having sex with Cara."

The conversation about her love life was initiated by her mother, Caitlyn Jenner, who asked about her daughter's romantic status.

During a confessional segment, Jenner said, "There’s definitely a rumor that Cara and I, like, dated, which is not true." She later added, while holding a glass of wine and lounging with Delevingne, "By the way, I have nothing against having sex with Cara. Never say never, right?" Delevingne responded with laughter.

The new season of "The Kardashians" is set to premiere on October 8. The promotional logline for the season states it will focus on "love, reinvention, and what comes next" for the Kardashian-Jenner family, exploring "unexpected sparks and new relationships, to healing old wounds and embracing independence."

Jenner and Delevingne have been friends since 2014, bonding through their careers in the fashion industry and even giving themselves the nickname 'CaKe.'

Earlier this year, Jenner expressed frustration with online speculation about her sexuality. In a January appearance on the "In Your Dreams" podcast, she said, "The whole side of the internet thinks I’m a lesbian." She elaborated that the commentary was often mean-spirited, stating, "It’s not with, like, a welcoming arm of like, ‘Hey, if you were, yes, come join.' It's not kind. It's very mean." Jenner emphasized that while she is not a lesbian, she would be open about her sexuality if she were, stating, "I think at this point in my life I’d be out if I was." She also addressed the idea that hiding one's sexuality could be "bad for business," calling it incomprehensible.

Delevingne publicly confirmed she is a lesbian in a May interview with Variety and has been in a relationship with British singer Minke since 2022. Prior to that, she dated St. Vincent and Ashley Benson.

Jenner has been linked to actor Jacob Elordi since March, following previous relationships with Bad Bunny and Devin Booker.

Jenner recently shared that she practices daily affirmations to maintain her self-worth, telling People, "Confidence starts with loving yourself and understanding that you’re worth everything beautiful in the world."
