Kelsey Grammer's Ex-Wife Accuses Him of Forgetting Daughter's 25th Birthday

Camille Grammer has publicly accused her ex-husband, actor Kelsey Grammer, of forgetting their daughter Mason's 25th birthday. According to Camille, three days after Mason's birthday on Saturday, Kelsey had not called or sent a text to their daughter.

In a statement shared on Instagram, Camille, 58, recounted that Mason had been checking her phone throughout the weekend in anticipation of a message from her father. "A daughter should never have to wonder whether her father remembers her birthday," Camille wrote, adding a broken heart emoji. "Three days later, and still not a call or a text."

Camille, who was married to Kelsey from 1997 to 2011, stated that Mason even checked her spam folder for any missed communication from the actor. "She even checked there, searching for any sign that he had reached out," Camille added. She also claimed that Mason has felt "increasingly excluded" from Kelsey's life and home, suggesting that a stepmother should encourage a father-daughter relationship but that this had not been Mason's experience.

"A 25th birthday should be a celebration of love, not another reminder of the distance between a father and his child," Camille stated, emphasizing that Mason's disappointment was palpable.

Kelsey Grammer, 71, and Camille had a tumultuous divorce. Weeks after announcing their separation, Kelsey announced he was expecting a child with Kayte Walsh, whom he later married. Camille has previously stated that she and Kelsey have not spoken in 14 years. In 2019, Kelsey called Camille "pathetic" for discussing him publicly. He had also accused her of seeking a divorce on the day of his mother's funeral, a claim Camille denied, stating he was "rewriting history."

Kelsey Grammer's representatives have not yet commented on Camille's latest claims. The couple's divorce was finalized in 2011. Kelsey Grammer has since married Kayte Walsh, with whom he has four children.
