Kelly Stafford Feels Pressure in Los Angeles to Get Cosmetic Surgery

Kelly Stafford, wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, has shared her feelings of pressure to undergo cosmetic surgery while living in the Los Angeles area. Since the couple moved to California in 2021 following Stafford's trade to the Rams, Kelly has observed the city's beauty-driven culture.

"I, as a 37-year-old woman, feel pressure to look a certain way here. It’s normal for everyone to do things and whatnot. I feel that pressure," Stafford stated in an interview with Us Weekly. She also expressed concern about her four daughters growing up in such an environment.

"I can only imagine being my daughters growing up here. I would hope that they see it as, ‘Oh, yeah, that’s just what people do here, but we’re good.’ But I think it will be hard. There’s just a lot here," she added, while emphasizing the importance of universal values like manners and respect.

Stafford, originally from Georgia, also reflected on the potential uncertainty of remaining in Los Angeles after her husband's NFL career concludes. She noted the difficulty of balancing her desire to be closer to her family with her daughters' established lives and friendships in California.

"Family’s first for us. I miss my family like crazy," Stafford said. "But I also have to realize that my daughters are older and have made friends and have routines and sports teams. My husband loves it out here. So, what’s the compromise? I don’t know yet."
