Kelly Osbourne has shared a series of vacation photos, emphasizing the need to step away from personal and professional demands to recharge. The 41-year-old television personality posted images from a poolside retreat, showcasing a leopard-print swimsuit and reflecting on her perspective regarding breaks.

"I’m really learning how important it is to step away from the madness sometimes," Osbourne wrote on Instagram. "I get so wrapped up in life, work, people, plans… everything going on around me, that I genuinely forget I’m allowed to stop. To switch off. To breathe. To just be."

Osbourne detailed how the holiday reminded her that taking time off is not a waste of time but can be essential for self-renewal. "This holiday has reminded me that taking a break isn’t wasting time — sometimes it’s exactly what you need to come back to yourself," she stated, adding that she felt "reborn. Lighter, calmer, happier… and very much NOT ready to go home."

In addition to her solo poolside moments, Osbourne also shared a photo of herself cuddling her 3-year-old son, Sidney, aboard a boat. Sidney is Osbourne's son with musician Sid Wilson.

This getaway follows recent reports of a split between Osbourne and Wilson. Earlier in the month, Osbourne posted and subsequently deleted Instagram Stories that appeared to address relationship issues, including mentions of responsibility, happiness, raising their son, and retrieving personal belongings and dogs, along with a request for child support.

Osbourne and Wilson reportedly ended their engagement this year, although the couple has not publicly confirmed the separation. They began dating in 2022 and welcomed Sidney later that year.

The vacation also comes after a period of family grief for the Osbornes, following the death of Kelly Osbourne's father, Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025. Osbourne has continued to be a public advocate for her father's legacy. Her recent social media activity suggests a focus on personal well-being and family time, with a note to herself to "do this more often."
