Kelly Osbourne has revealed the poignant final words her father, Ozzy Osbourne, shared with her shortly before his death in July 2025. The television personality recounted the deeply emotional exchange during a guest appearance on the "We Need to Talk" podcast hosted by Paul C. Brunson.

"He sat me down, this was about three days before he died," Kelly Osbourne shared. "He sat me down and said, ‘Tots, I need you to know something. No matter what happens in this life, you can live the rest of your life knowing that there was one man on this planet that truly loved you. That truly loved you for every single thing you are. And that man is me.'"

Kelly, 41, described being overcome with emotion, crying and pleading with her father not to speak in such terms. "You know, I’m not going to be here forever. And I know you struggle with people and believing you are loved. But I love you more than anyone," she recalled Ozzy telling her, adding that he passed away just three days later.

Ozzy Osbourne died at his home in Welders, Buckinghamshire, at the age of 76. He was reportedly surrounded by his wife of 43 years, Sharon Osbourne, and their three children: Aimee, Jack, and Kelly.

In the weeks leading up to his death, the iconic musician reunited with his former Black Sabbath bandmates for a final performance. "My mum allowed him to die the happiest you’ve ever seen him. All he wanted before leaving this planet was one last show, one more time," Kelly explained. She called the event "one of the most incredible moments in music history," adding that it allowed him to express gratitude to his fans for the life they enabled him to have.

Ozzy Osbourne's health had been in decline in his final years. He publicly shared his Parkinson's disease diagnosis in January 2020, which he had received years earlier. He also continued to grapple with neck injuries sustained in a 2003 quad biking accident.

Kelly has been candid about her grief following her father's passing. Earlier in 2026, she addressed public scrutiny regarding her appearance, stating she had been unwell while coping with her loss and is now receiving the necessary support.
