Keely Shaye Smith, wife of actor Pierce Brosnan, garnered attention for her significantly slimmer frame during a date night at the 2026 Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday. Smith, 63, joined the 73-year-old Brosnan, known for his role as James Bond, at the star-studded event, which also featured celebrities like Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian.

Smith wore a satin black dress that reached just above her ankles, complemented by a black blazer. She accessorized with open-toed black pumps and a black clutch. Her dark hair was styled with a center part, falling in soft waves past her shoulders. She appeared radiant and smiled as she held hands with Brosnan, who was attired in a classic black tuxedo, white dress shirt, black bowtie, and black dress shoes.

The couple, married since 2001, posed together on the red carpet. Smith has reportedly been displaying a slimmer figure since 2024, with rumors suggesting a weight loss of approximately 100 pounds. In a 2006 interview with Vogue, Smith stated, "I never shy away from... my curves. I never hide in baggy clothing."

Brosnan has previously defended his wife against public commentary on their appearances. In response to a social media user's remarks on Facebook, he wrote, "I strongly love every curve of her body. She is the most beautiful woman in my eyes. And also because she had our five children." He further expressed his deep admiration and pride in her.
