Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau, who have been romantically linked for approximately one year, recently shared a public display of affection during a beach day in Saint-Tropez. The couple was observed holding hands and engaging in a passionate kiss while vacationing in the South of France last Thursday.
Perry, 41, wore a cream-colored, strapless one-piece swimsuit paired with a tan bucket hat and cat-eye sunglasses. At one point, she also donned a crocheted eyelet cape. Trudeau, 54, was seen in navy blue swim trunks with white trim.
The singer and the former Canadian Prime Minister were first reported to be dating in July 2025, making their relationship Instagram official in December of the same year. Perry and Trudeau made their red carpet debut at the 25th Annual Tribeca Festival in June 2026.
Perry, who has a daughter, Daisy, from her previous relationship with Orlando Bloom, has spoken about feeling more grounded and in love. Bloom, who split from Perry last year, has since moved on.
Trudeau, who served as Prime Minister of Canada from 2015 to March 2025, announced his separation from Sophie Grégoire Trudeau in 2023. They share three children. Trudeau's son, Xavier, has previously expressed approval of his father's relationship with Perry, noting that his father appears happy and that Perry offers him musical advice.
