Singer Katy Perry, 41, and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, 54, were seen enjoying a beach day in Saint-Tropez, France, last Thursday. The couple, who have been romantically linked for about a year, held hands and shared affectionate moments on the beach.
Perry wore a cream-colored, strapless one-piece bathing suit, a tan bucket hat, and cat-eye sunglasses. At one point, she was also seen with a crocheted eyelet cape. Trudeau sported navy blue swim trunks with white trim.
The pair were first romantically linked in July 2025 and made their relationship Instagram official in December of that year. Perry and Trudeau made their red carpet debut in June 2026 at the premiere of the concert film "Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris."
Perry spoke about her relationship in June 2026, telling People that she felt "like a more grounded person in so many aspects of my life. I am very in love." She added that the show she attended was after she had "met the love of my life" and felt "very anchored by that."
Perry was previously engaged to Orlando Bloom, with whom she shares a daughter, Daisy. They confirmed their split in July 2025, stating their priority was co-parenting. Trudeau announced his separation from Sophie Grégoire Trudeau in 2023 after 18 years of marriage. They have three children: Xavier, Ella-Grace, and Hadrien.
