Katie Price's Son Harvey Loses Weight on New Jabs

Katie Price announced that her 24-year-old son, Harvey, has lost two stone since commencing weight-loss injections. Harvey has Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder characterized by a constant desire to eat, which can lead to obesity.

Price had previously expressed concerns about Harvey's weight, fearing he could suffer a heart attack if it was not managed. She had been advocating for doctors to prescribe him weight-loss medication.

Speaking on a recent podcast episode with her sister Sophie, Price stated, "And yeah he's started Mounjaro because I told you he's lost two stone." She added, "And I can really see him losing weight."

Harvey also lives with other health conditions, including autism, septo-optic dysplasia, ADHD, and oppositional defiant disorder. In April 2025, his weight had reached nearly 30 stone, but dietary changes led to a 1.5 stone reduction.

Price had discussed plans with Harvey's medical team to put him on Mounjaro last year, but she later voiced frustration about the delay in his prescription. She mentioned considering seeking help from private doctors on Instagram due to perceived delays with the NHS.

"When he sleeps, I worry because he's snoring and wheezing. And then sometimes he holds his breath and I'm like he's massive. He's just getting bigger and he'll end up dying of a heart attack," Price said, recalling past medical advice that he was prone to heart attacks if his weight was not addressed.

She expressed her determination to help, noting, "I'm not going to inject him myself because that's not medically right to do for him, but something needs to be done. He's just huge."

In November, Price indicated that medical professionals were considering a new weight-loss drug for Harvey in the new year, following its clinical trials. She noted that starting with Mounjaro could potentially accelerate the effectiveness of the subsequent medication.

At that time, she explained that the reason Harvey had not yet started Mounjaro was due to efforts to manage his weight through diet as a primary approach.
