Katie Price is contemplating a significant hair transformation, signaling a potential departure from her signature jet-black locks. The 48-year-old former glamour model took to Instagram on Monday to showcase a new look featuring a platinum blonde wig, posing in a halterneck dress in her garden. She questioned her followers about whether she should embrace a blonde hue, stating, "I'm about to change my colour from being jet black for so many years but I can't decide what colour I should go..." Fans responded with suggestions, with some recalling her earlier "Jordan" era and recommending warmer blonde tones.
This public display of a potential makeover comes as reports indicate her husband, Lee Andrews, has allegedly been arrested again in Dubai. Just a month after his release from Al Awir prison, Andrews, 42, is reportedly being held at Lahab police station and is seeking to raise a £120,000 fine. A source told The Sun that Andrews informed a friend, "They’ve arrested me. Katie might need to bail me out. We need to make a noise with a Go Fund Me." The businessman has reportedly been under stress due to money he believed he owed.
Price is currently in the UK, having recently released a Sky documentary and appeared on "This Morning" to discuss her marriage. The couple has experienced a tumultuous period, with Andrews being released from Al-Awir prison four weeks prior, where he was held on fraud allegations. He has maintained he was captured at gunpoint and suspected of espionage. In an Instagram post, Andrews denied any fraud charges and criticized his ex-fiancée Alana Percival for spreading such stories, claiming he was "taken to the Qatar border by the men, at gunpoint and was captured by men with assault rifles."
Andrews has also faced accusations from multiple ex-partners regarding alleged scams, including a claim of taking £5,000 from a "vulnerable woman." He has denied involvement in any cons. Previously, his disappearance led to Katie Price initially suggesting he had been kidnapped, before it was revealed he was held in Dubai's Al Awir prison. Further legal entanglements include reports from January that Andrews took out a £200,000 mortgage in his ex Dina Taji's name without her knowledge, leading to legal action and a travel ban from Dubai. Taji reportedly met with Price to warn her about her husband. Additionally, ex-partner Crystal Janke, 40, alleged Andrews convinced her to hand over £123,000 for investment in his company with a promised return of £1 million, a claim he also denies.
