Katie Holmes has not yet introduced her daughter, Suri Cruise, to her new boyfriend, Jason Bard Yarmosky, as the couple is intentionally taking their nascent relationship slowly, according to a source cited by Page Six.
Holmes, 45, and Yarmosky, 39, were first seen holding hands in the Hamptons last week, sparking romance speculation. They have since been seen on a low-key date night in New York City, where Holmes was observed playfully patting Yarmosky's behind. Despite these public displays, a source close to the couple stated that "things are still pretty new between Katie and Jason, and they're intentionally taking it slow." The pair are "still in the dating phase for now" and are "seeing where it goes," with no major relationship steps taken yet.
The nearly 10-year age difference between Holmes and Yarmosky has not been a factor in their relationship, according to the source.

Yarmosky, a New York-based artist, was born in 1987 and graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2010. His work often explores themes of aging, time, and memory, and has been exhibited internationally. The couple reportedly first met at a Tribeca Festival dinner in New York City in June.
Suri Cruise, Holmes' 20-year-old daughter with ex-husband Tom Cruise, is a student at Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania. A separate source previously described Suri as a "smart girl, and she is turning into a very intelligent mature young woman."
This new romance follows Holmes' previous relationships. She was linked to musician Bobby Wooten III from April 2022 until their split in December of the same year. Prior to that, she dated chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. from September 2020 to May 2021. Holmes was also previously married to actor Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012.
Earlier this year, Holmes was also seen with her former "Dawson's Creek" co-star Joshua Jackson at the Tribeca Festival premiere of their new movie, "Happy Hours." The pair, who had a brief romantic relationship during the show's early seasons, held hands at the event, with Jackson calling their past connection "precious" and Holmes describing their working relationship as "sacred."
