Catherine, Princess of Wales, was photographed smiling as she attended Sunday service with senior members of the royal family, including her husband Prince William and King Charles III. The outing took place days after news emerged that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are planning to relocate back to the United Kingdom for an extended period.

Prince William drove himself and the Princess of Wales to Crathie Kirk, a parish church in the Scottish village of Crathie. Their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, were seated in the back of the vehicle. King Charles III and Queen Camilla were also in attendance, arriving by car with a personal driver. Other royals present included Timothy Laurence, Princess Anne, Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, and his daughter Lady Louise Windsor.

The gathering occurred four days after it was announced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would be moving back to the UK with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. A source confirmed that the palace was informed of the move, and King Charles was notified the previous Sunday.

According to an insider, King Charles is the reason for the Sussexes' relocation. Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, have reportedly already been enrolled in school in Britain. While the King anticipates spending more personal time with his grandchildren, the Sussexes' status as private individuals and non-working members of the royal family will remain unchanged.

The couple, described as Netflix stars, will reside in a non-royal residence and continue their business ventures. Reports suggest the move is intended to allow their children to build relationships with their family and to be closer to King Charles, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment. Harry, Meghan, and their children recently reunited with the King during a visit to the UK, marking his first time seeing his grandchildren in four years. However, the Sussexes did not have contact with Prince William and Catherine during that visit.
