Kat Timpf Announces Second Pregnancy Following Breast Cancer Battle and Father's Death

Kat Timpf, a prominent personality on Fox News, has announced she is pregnant with her second child. The comedian and television host revealed the news to a live audience at one of her comedy shows over the weekend, sharing a clip of the announcement on Instagram. The pregnancy follows a challenging year for Timpf, which included her diagnosis with breast cancer, the birth of her first child, and the death of her father.

Timpf, 37, shared the news by lifting her shirt to reveal her stomach, telling the audience, “Are you guys surprised? So was I.” She humorously added, “I shouldn’t have been though, ‘cause I’m married to a veteran and the army always does seem to take a while to pull out of something.” In the Instagram caption, she expressed gratitude to her audience for keeping her secret and called the experience of carrying a new life “awesome."

This will be Timpf's second child with her husband, Cameron Friscia, a former Army Ranger. In February 2025, Timpf revealed she had been diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ, a non-invasive form of breast cancer, just 15 hours before giving birth to their son. Following the birth, Timpf underwent a double mastectomy in March 2025 and was declared cancer-free the following month. She later had breast reconstruction surgery and sought 3D nipple tattooing.

Adding to the difficulties of the past year, Timpf's father, Daniel Timpf, died unexpectedly on May 7 at the age of 69. In a June social media post, Timpf reflected on the hardships, stating, “My dad helped me through the whole thing. Then, two months after my son’s first birthday, my dad just dropped dead, so it’s been really hard.”

Timpf is a regular commentator on Fox News’ “Gutfeld!” and also frequently appears on “Fox & Friends” and “The Five.” She and Friscia, who married in May 2021, live in Manhattan with their son and pets.
