Karoline Leavitt Embraces Influencer Role, Offers Advice and Insights

Weeks after departing her role as White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt is actively engaging with her 3.1 million Instagram followers, adopting an influencer persona.

On Wednesday, Leavitt, 29, used her Instagram Story to solicit questions from her audience, stating she had time while traveling. She responded to a variety of prompts, offering advice on relationships, politics, motherhood, and sharing personal insights.

When asked about age-gap relationships, Leavitt shared advice for women, posting a picture with her husband, Nicholas Riccio, who is 32 years her senior. She wrote, "Forget the haters and follow your heart! Marrying this man was the best decision I ever made. He's the absolute best husband and dad in the world." She added that people understand their relationship when they meet them together.

Leavitt also commented on former President Donald Trump's personality when asked if he was kind. "He's the best boss," she stated. "People don't see this side of him because the media doesn't show it but he has been nothing but kind and uplifting to me, even since departing. He's also hilarious. Love him!"

Her Q&A session also included career advice for aspiring politicians, recommendations for baby products, and her favorite fashion brands. As a mother to a two-year-old son, Niko, and a five-month-old daughter, Viviana, Leavitt fielded numerous questions about motherhood. She noted the challenges of finding personal time, stating, "I don't have free time. As a mom of two littles, I'm lucky if I can take a shower in peace."

Leavitt explained her practice of obscuring her children's faces in social media posts, citing the need to protect their innocence due to threats and negativity she experienced in her previous role. She also considered whether her children would want their lives documented online and decided to wait until they are old enough to consent.

Regarding future plans, Leavitt expressed enthusiasm for visiting Italy, where she had studied abroad. She mentioned considering a family trip there next year.

In September, experts noted Leavitt's potential to become a lifestyle influencer, citing her established name recognition and audience. PR professionals suggested she possessed key qualities for success in building a lifestyle brand and monetizing her platform, provided she approached it with discipline.
