As Australian television personality Karl Stefanovic steps away from his reported $2 million-a-year contract with the Today show, his 21-year-old daughter, Willow, is immersed in a lavish European lifestyle. Willow is attending the London College of Fashion, with her father covering annual international student fees estimated at $60,000.

Willow has documented her privileged life on social media, sharing images and videos of shopping sprees, fine dining, and social events with a circle of affluent friends. Her travels in recent months have included trips to Cannes, Monaco, Dubai, Uruguay, and Argentina.

Stefanovic, speaking on his radio show "The Long Weekend with Eddie McGuire," acknowledged the cost of his daughter's education, referring to it as "the really expensive one that Dad has to pay for." He had planned to reunite with Willow in London during an upcoming work trip, intending to take her to the races with his wife, Jasmine. During this visit, Stefanovic conducted an interview with far-right British figure Tommy Robinson for his podcast, a decision that later led to significant backlash and his departure from the network.

Stefanovic also mentioned Willow has a boyfriend named Genaro, described as Argentinian with "various business" interests. Stefanovic expressed a desire to introduce Genaro to his billionaire friend James Packer, musing, "The families that spend together, stay together."

Little is publicly known about Genaro Abdala Garcia, who keeps a low profile and has private social media accounts. The couple reportedly met in Aspen, Colorado, during a Christmas holiday in 2024. Genaro is understood to work in business development in London and attended King's College London. Stefanovic clarified that while Genaro resembles a polo player, he does not actually play the sport.

Following the controversy surrounding the interview with Robinson, who has a history of criminal convictions and controversial views, Stefanovic's departure from his network was announced. While reports indicate Stefanovic is still spending time with Willow in London, it remains unclear if she will return to Australia before her student visa expires.

In March, Willow returned to Australia to support her mother, Cassandra Thorburn, after a cancer diagnosis. That trip nearly did not happen due to the conflict in the Middle East, but Stefanovic reportedly intervened to facilitate her travel. While in Sydney, Willow celebrated her 21st birthday with a private family dinner.
