The Kardashian family has been granted a permanent restraining order against Kyle Robert DeWick, who has been accused of stalking and obsession with Kylie Jenner. The order, which lasts for three years and expires on July 31, 2029, mandates that DeWick remain at least 100 yards away from Kris Jenner, Kylie, Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney, Khloe, and Robert. He is also prohibited from contacting them or attempting to obtain their addresses.

DeWick's alleged pattern of behavior dates back to 2021, when he reportedly made multiple unwanted visits to Kylie Jenner's home. According to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail, DeWick was arrested for trespassing on his fifth attempt to see Jenner. Kris Jenner stated in court documents that DeWick had been "asked to leave" by Jenner's security.

In the filings, Kris Jenner claimed that DeWick believed in 2021 that she had sent him messages acknowledging his love for Kylie and encouraging him to propose. Kris Jenner has denied having any relationship with DeWick and stated she would not instruct a stranger to go to her daughter's home. She also noted that DeWick filed a federal petition in 2024, demanding access to the family and accusing Kris, Kylie, Kendall, and Kim of surveilling him and interfering with his "imagined relationship" with Kylie.

Kris Jenner expressed concern over DeWick's claims and anger, stating she was suffering "severe emotional distress and anxiety." She further alleged that DeWick had recently attempted to approach the family by inquiring about properties for sale near their homes. He reportedly toured a property adjacent to Kim Kardashian's former home and made inquiries about neighbors. DeWick also allegedly contacted a realtor about a property Kylie Jenner was selling, submitting a proof of funds document that the realtor suspected was fake.

A declaration from John Romero, director of investigations at the private security firm hired by Kris Jenner, stated that DeWick believes one of the Kardashian-Jenners, whom Romero deduced to be Kylie, is in love with him and has been pursuing him for years. Romero's investigation into DeWick's legal history reportedly uncovered news sources detailing a past incident in which a man named Kyle R. DeWick, matching the alleged stalker's age, broke into a residence and assaulted a sleeping man with a lamp in 2011.

Kris Jenner unequivocally stated in her application for the restraining order that "Kyle Robert Dewick is a stalker. I have no relationship whatsoever with him."
