Kanye West's Explosive, Unaired Confrontation with Kardashians Revealed
An unaired scene from the final season of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' details a 30-minute argument between Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, and her family.
A previously unaired scene from the final season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" captured a "30-minute battle" involving Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, and her family, according to an upcoming biography.
The incident, which occurred on October 28, 2020, at Caitlyn Jenner's home, is detailed in Jonathan Van Meter's book "Citizen Kim." According to "KUWTK" producer Farnaz Farjam, West arrived with Kardashian and began confronting Kris Jenner and other family members.
"He just started ripping into Kris and the family and questioning them about not voting for him [in his 2020 presidential campaign]," Farjam recalled in an excerpt published by The Cut. "He just made it all about himself." Farjam added that the intense exchange was "very telling, but we had to edit it out."
Despite the family's damaged relationships at the time, Farjam noted that "everybody [was] trying to come back together and be supportive."
While West's outburst did not make it to air, Kardashian's emotional struggles with the dissolution of her marriage to the rapper were featured in the Season 20 finale, which also served as the series finale. In one scene, she confided in her sisters Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner, expressing feelings of failure about her third marriage.
Kardashian also stated during that conversation that she would not relocate to Wyoming, where West had been spending significant time. "He should have a wife that supports his every move and travels with him and does everything I can't," she admitted.
Kardashian revealed in a 2025 interview that a major factor in their divorce was West speaking negatively about her children and family. "I didn't like the feeling of someone talking bad about my kids, grandmother, aunts — all of those feelings," she said on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast. "If someone feels that way, then we shouldn't be together."
Kardashian and West, who married in 2014, share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021. West later married model Bianca Censori in December 2022.
