Firefighters in Kansas City responded to an unusual emergency on Wednesday, rescuing a man who had become trapped inside a portable toilet. Multiple firefighting units and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
Videos shared on social media platform X showed the man attempting to free himself from the toilet's basin while emergency personnel worked to extract him. Rescuers ultimately had to employ specialized equipment to dismantle the portable toilet structure and free the man, who had become wedged beneath the seat. He was subsequently hosed down.
The individual's identity has not been released. The incident concluded with the man safely removed from the porta-potty.
