Model and actress Kaia Gerber, 24, was seen holding hands with her boyfriend, actor Lewis Pullman, 33, during a date night in Los Angeles on Thursday. The couple, who have been together for nearly two years, walked to a restaurant, with Gerber resting her head on Pullman's shoulder.

Gerber, daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and Pullman, son of actor Bill Pullman, are both from well-known entertainment families. They were first seen together in January 2025, following Gerber's split from actor Austin Butler.
In a recent interview on the podcast Therapuss, Gerber reflected on her past dating patterns, particularly her tendency to date older men. She previously dated Austin Butler, who is a decade her senior, and Jacob Elordi, who is five years older.

"I always dated people that were older than me, so I was very willing to give up everything," Gerber said on the podcast. "I was like, 'I can show you I love you by completely giving up my life for you,' which is actually not how you build respect and trust, and is not good in the long run."
She explained that this approach could lead to partners preferring a version of her that was less authentic. "you then start to bring a little bit more of who you really are into the relationship and they’re like: 'No, I liked that person before.'"
In a cover story for Vogue, Gerber described her current relationship with Pullman as her "healthiest." She shared, "I think the ultimate goal is that your relationship doesn’t change you, that you’re not code switching between relationship, friendship, professional life. I would love to always feel like me, and in this relationship I’m having the pleasure of doing that."

Gerber also spoke about the challenges of dating in the public eye, noting that she has been defined by her relationships since she was young. "There are so few things you get to protect as a famous person, and being defined by who you date when you’re 18 is something I find challenging," she stated. She has faced public scrutiny and has been labeled a "serial dater."
