Kai Trump, 19, has given her followers a tour of her off-campus apartment at the University of Miami, where she is in her freshman year and plays on the women's golf team. She opted for private housing rather than a traditional dorm, documenting her living space on her YouTube channel.
The apartment features a modern design with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen boasts expansive white countertops, integrated appliances, and a central island with metallic silver barstools. The living area includes a large white couch, a smaller loveseat, a metallic gray coffee table, and a flat-screen television.
Kai has personalized the space with artwork, including prints of Aspen ski lifts and a framed photo of herself with her grandfather, President Donald Trump. She described the apartment as "amazing" and a comfortable place to relax after a day on the golf course.
Her initial weeks at the University of Miami were also documented in a vlog, which showed her emotional departure from home and the challenges of adjusting to student life. The vlog captured her tears while saying goodbye to family and friends, and her busy schedule involving golf practice, meetings, and classes. During this period, a friend visited, bringing her frozen meals due to her claim of not eating properly.
Kai also shared that she contracted strep throat shortly after starting school, which led her to return home to Jupiter, Florida, for a few days to recover with her mother's care. The video concluded with her return to campus and spending time with her golf teammates.
Kai Trump is the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa Trump.
