Kai Trump, the eldest granddaughter of former President Donald Trump, has shared details about her fitness and nutrition plan, which she utilizes to support her collegiate golf career. The 19-year-old University of Miami Women's Golf team member adheres to a diet focused on high protein intake, consuming approximately 150 grams of protein daily on her 120-pound frame. She also emphasizes sustainable carbohydrates and regular workouts.

Trump follows a gluten-free and dairy-free diet and avoids eggs due to a mild allergy. She stated that she prioritizes consuming protein throughout the day, often starting with a shake containing around 40 grams of protein in the morning to ensure she has adequate fuel for her activities. Her go-to meals are simple, such as a ground beef bowl with rice and avocado, or chicken and rice.

Post-Surgery Transformation

Following wrist surgery that temporarily sidelined her from golf, Trump set a goal to achieve a "six-pack" during her recovery period. She attributes this physical transformation to prioritizing nutritious food choices and consistent exercise. Her workout routine includes core exercises, squats, and cardio, such as using a stair-climbing machine. For tournaments, she employs a trainer-designed warm-up that involves foam rolling and muscle activation exercises.

Trump mentioned that her mother, Vanessa Trump, influenced her approach to health and wellness. She noted that observing her mother's eating habits and priorities helped her develop her own sustainable routines.

Wellness Beyond Fitness

Beyond physical training, Trump highlighted the importance of mental health, suggesting that taking breaks from social media and engaging in hobbies can be beneficial. She finds that physical activity, including workouts and golf, helps clear her head. Trump also maintains a presence on YouTube, where she shares her experiences as a competitive golfer, college student, and member of the Trump family with over 1.5 million subscribers.

Her approach to wellness also emphasizes the company one keeps, stating, "At the end of the day, you are who you surround yourself with."
