Justin Trudeau, the former Prime Minister of Canada, and pop superstar Katy Perry recently vacationed in the South of France. The couple was observed enjoying a sunset boat cruise with friends.

During the outing, Trudeau was seen applying sunscreen to Perry. Perry, 41, wore a light blue bodycon dress and sunglasses, while Trudeau, 54, opted for khaki pants, a green button-down shirt, and sandals. They were also seen taking a dip in the water and enjoying drinks at Club 55.

This getaway follows their red carpet debut in June for the premiere of "Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour - Live from Paris" at the Tribeca Film Festival. Perry described feeling "very anchored" by her relationship, especially after meeting Trudeau. She reflected on feeling whole with him as an anchor, comparing herself to a kite that flies high.

The couple reportedly began dating nearly a year ago, first seen together in Montreal in July. Sources indicated that Trudeau was persistent in pursuing the relationship, as Perry was not initially looking to date. Their relationship became public on social media in December.

Perry previously ended a relationship with Orlando Bloom, while Trudeau separated from his wife of 18 years, Sophie Grégoire, in 2023. Both have moved on to new relationships, with Perry expressing happiness in her current partnership with Trudeau.
