Juror's Lawyers Plan Bar Complaint Against Lindsay Clancy Defense Attorney

Lindsay Clancy, a former Massachusetts nurse, was on trial for the murder of her three young children. The jury ultimately could not reach a unanimous verdict, resulting in a mistrial. During deliberations, one juror held out, preventing an acquittal or conviction.

Following the mistrial, Reddington made public comments that the attorneys for the holdout juror felt were inappropriate and potentially violated professional conduct rules. The defense for Clancy had argued she was not guilty by reason of insanity, asserting that she suffered from postpartum psychosis when she killed her children.
