During her trip, Hough shared photos of herself in various bikinis. In one image, she is seen lounging on a beach chair in a white string bikini, accessorized with black sunglasses and a white mesh headscarf. Another photo captured Hough in a dark string bikini, sitting on a lounge chair with a wrap around her waist, overlooking the sea.
Hough also documented a seaside yoga session, practicing poses on a wooden deck with a view of the water. She reflected on the slower pace of life in Sardinia, drawing inspiration from the local nonnas. Hough expressed a desire to prioritize living and accumulating stories over excessive ambition, stating, "when I’m older, I’d rather be the grandmother with stories to tell than wonder if I hustled more than I lived."
