Julia Stiles, star of the 1999 film "10 Things I Hate About You," led a heartfelt tribute to her late co-star Heath Ledger on "Dancing With the Stars" during Dedication Night. Stiles performed a contemporary routine with her dance partner Ezra Sosa to Frankie Valli's "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," a song famously performed by Ledger in the movie.

Following her performance, Stiles was joined on the dance floor by several of her "10 Things I Hate About You" castmates: Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gabrielle Union, Larisa Oleynik, Andrew Keegan, and Susan May Pratt. A photograph of Stiles and Ledger was displayed on a screen as the cast members gathered, embracing each other and looking at the image.

Stiles, 45, spoke about her connection with Ledger, who passed away in 2008 at the age of 28. "I learned a lot from Heath," Stiles said. "It was so easy with him. I have so many great memories. I really wish I could pick up the phone, and be like, 'Hey dude.'"

Stiles expressed her gratitude to her former co-stars for participating. "If we had to have someone with us on stage representing Heath's legacy or the film, I said it had to be the whole cast. I begged them, each and every one of them, and they all rallied. They really did," she told Variety.

The performance received a score of 36 out of 40, with judges awarding all nines. Social media users reacted emotionally to the tribute, with many expressing that the performance brought them to tears. "The Julia Stiles trib[ute] to Heath Ledger on DWTS...I'm in bits," one user wrote on X.

Other notable performances on Dedication Night included Olympic figure skater Amber Glenn, who danced in tribute to her sister, and actress Jenna Dewan, who performed a Viennese Waltz. Ezra Frech also took to the ballroom floor with his professional dance partner Daniella Karagach, dedicating his dance to his mother.
