Julia Morris drew attention at the 2026 Logie Awards on Sunday with her extensive collection of arm tattoos. The media veteran appeared on the red carpet in a striking ivory ensemble featuring a structured bodice and a sweeping train.
Morris, 58, has been gradually adding tattoos that hold sentimental value, often referencing her family. Among the visible designs are an octopus created by her eldest daughter, Ruby, two heart symbols, three intertwined circles, paw prints, and a series of animals adorned with top hats. These intricate designs were displayed as she posed for photographers.
Earlier in the weekend, Morris experienced a minor mishap when she mistakenly arrived at The Star Sydney a day before the ceremony was scheduled. She shared a humorous video on Instagram detailing the blunder, noting she was the only one present at the empty venue. "Guys, I've made a terrible mistake! Apparently the Logies is tomorrow. I'm literally the only one here!" she stated in the clip, later adding, "Until tomorrow... the Logies is not today!"
Morris was nominated for the Gold Logie Award, an award for which she was competing against her former "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! Australia" co-host Robert Irwin. The show's popular run, which spanned 12 years, was axed by Channel 10 earlier in the year. Reflecting on the show's conclusion in January, Morris described it as the end of an era and expressed deep gratitude for her experience in the jungle, noting it had a significant positive impact on her life.
