Judy Strangis, a prominent actress from the 1970s recognized for her role as the superhero Dyna Girl in "Electra Woman and Dyna Girl," was recently seen out in Los Angeles. The 76-year-old actress was spotted enjoying a sunny day stroll on Thursday, according to reports.

Strangis appeared in a black t-shirt, cheetah print leggings, and sneakers for her outing. She wore her dark brown hair in voluminous waves and accessorized with an Apple Watch.

"Electra Woman and Dyna Girl," which ran for 16 episodes as part of "The Krofft Supershow," featured two female superheroes. Strangis played Dyna Girl, while Deidre Hall portrayed Electra Woman. Strangis described the series as "campy and different" and maintained a friendship with Hall, her co-star. In a 2024 interview, Strangis noted the chemistry between her and Hall was crucial to the show's success and suggested that their tandem paved the way for future female superheroes, likening them to "the Batman and Robin of the day."

Strangis began her acting career as a child, with early roles in "Dragoon Wells Massacre" (1957), "Westinghouse Desilu Playhouse" (1958), "Pay or Die!" (1960), "Shirley Temple's Storybook" (1960), and "The Untouchables" (1961). She also appeared in "The Twilight Zone" (1963) and two episodes of the 1966 "Batman" series.

Her career in the 1970s included guest spots on popular television shows such as "Bewitched," "The Mod Squad," "Medical Center," "Barnaby Jones," and "Barbary Coast." A significant recurring role was as Helen Loomis in "Room 222," appearing in 70 episodes from 1969 to 1974. Strangis noted the contrast between the dramatic nature of "Room 222" and the more lighthearted "Electra Woman and Dyna Girl."

In later decades, Strangis transitioned to voice acting, contributing to animated shows including "Batman: The Animated Series," "The Real Ghostbusters," "My Little Pony," "Moon Dreamers," and "Donkey Kong" throughout the 1980s and 1990s. She has also reconnected with fans at Comic-Con events in recent years. Strangis and Hall reunited at the 2024 Hollywood Show in Los Angeles.
