A federal magistrate judge has dismissed the Department of Justice's case against two former senior FBI agents who were accused of making false statements to Congress regarding past investigations into Hunter Biden.
The DOJ had accused the agents of lying to Congress concerning their work on the Hunter Biden probe.
The case was dismissed on November 2, 2026.
