The judge presiding over the trial of Tyler Robinson, accused of attempting to assassinate Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, reacted visibly to disturbing video evidence presented in court on Monday.
Judge Tony Graf flinched and adjusted his seating while observing footage on his monitor that depicted the moment Robinson allegedly shot Kirk in the neck. The incident occurred during a hearing in Utah where Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk's wife, faced the accused gunman for the first time.
After composing himself, Judge Graf announced, “And that concludes state’s Exhibit 8,” according to The New York Times.
